Leonidas & Cali are a Chicago-based couple who love to travel, are self-proclaimed foodies, and of course, love whiskey. Leonidas began enjoying whiskeys early on during college and continued to refine his palate over the years, searching for new and unique options to sample (as well as aging and blending his own varieties along the way). Cali, on the other hand, grew a fondness for whiskey at a slower pace with much credit to Leonidas for starting her on her journey. A few years ago, she would cringe at the burning rubber-like smell of a Laphroaig, and now she prefers only the peatiest of scotches.
